Sungmin's hand marks

Shil looks like your so-called rival is right about one thing

Sungmin does have a scar on his right hand

but so far there are no marks on the left.

not really sure about the heart shape thing but it looks like it to me

The origin of it is still based on "maybes"

because so far there's only one person who noticed the mark
